This Gourmet restaurant offers it´s guests an imaginative menu, which is complimented by some of Germany's leading wines, these wines can also be purchased in "Retters Weinschmecker" next door.

By joining a wine speciality shop and a wine restaurant, Retter´s offers pure gastronomical pleasure.The restaurants culinary specialities pamper the guests palate with menus that are coordinated with the appropriate wine. Jochen Benz, Best Junior Sommelier 2005, advises the guests about their choice of wine and food. Freshness and quality are highest priority to Nicole Retter, the house manageress. At Retters, one can rediscover the German kitchen with all its finesse and regional specialities. There is no permanent menu - Head Chef Peter Gruber lets himself be inspired daily by the enormous offerings of the adjacent food market the "Viktualienmarkt".
