Paulanerkeller am Nockerberg
Know as the Salvatorkeller, this
Establishment has often made the headlines. The traditional "Starkbieranstich"
at the end of the Faschings period (carneval), with it's annual
political "dablecka", which roughly means "to make
a fool of" has historical character. Unfortunately the splendid
Paulanerkeller burnt down in 1999. Thank God the beergarden, with
it's old chestnut trees, was spared from this inferno and continued
in use.
